The Take-Up Space Experience™ is your opportunity to share, learn, and connect with other full-figured, plus-size, curvy, and fat women of color. 

 We know how complex, yet beautiful it is to be a woman of color living in an abundant body.  So we created an experience that focuses on all the nuances of your womanhood, culture, body relationship and more. We want you to think of this as a party with friends that you haven’t met yet and sisters you didn’t know you had.

In 2018 we hosted our first experience in Washington D.C. with a sold-out event full of women who received the inspiration, education, and support necessary to “Take Up Space” unapologetically. In 2019 we took the experience to Atlanta, Georgia and we connected with ourselves and each other through movement and music.

 This year, in 2020, we are taking that same powerful energy to the ocean and we’d love to have you be a part of this life changing experience!
